Rates per court paid prior to play:
$36 per 90 minutes
Hard courts free after 12:30pm (39th Street & 8th Street)
Tennis season permit:

Avalon taxpayers $210 nontransferable
Non-taxpayers $250 nontransferable
Avalon taxpayer combo pass with pickleball $220 nontransferable
Non-taxpayer combo pass with pickleball $285 nontransferable
Guest fee:
$9 per person for doubles
$18 per person for singles
Hours of play:
39th Street & 8th Street hard courts open daily 8am-12:30pm, free play after 12:30pm
39th Street soft courts open daily 8am-7pm
No reservation or walk-in play to begin after 6pm daily
Mid-April offseason hours to be posted
Pay for play effective daily beginning Thursday, May 21-Monday, Sept. 7, 2026
Weekends only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) beginning Friday, Sept. 11-Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026 at 39th Street Har Tru Courts, 8am -12:30pm
Reserved courts:
Same-day or next-day walk-in reservations start at 7am for Avalon taxpayers.
Reservations will be held for 5 minutes past scheduled time.
