Rates Per Court Paid Prior to Play:
$36 per 90 minutes
Hard courts free after 12:30pm (39th Street & 8th Street)
Guest Fee:
$9 per person for doubles
$18 per person for singles
Tennis Season Permit:
Season permits can be purchased online at

Avalon Taxpayers: $210 nontransferable
Non-Taxpayers: $250 nontransferable
Avalon Taxpayer Combo Pass with Pickleball: $220 nontransferable
Non-taxpayer Combo Pass with Pickleball: $285 nontransferable
